Well … it’s home. It’s my home. The Midwest… good schools, wholesome values, great people and terrific homes to buy or sell.

I was born and raised in Davenport and continue to make it my home. I’ve been a licensed Realtor for over 28 years in both Iowa and Illinois. As a benefit to you, this means I certainly know the area and I know the market well too.

My credentials are detailed below, but let me highlight that I’ve assisted my clients purchase or sell over 950 homes.

I’ve received the Excellence in Service Award from Ruhl & Ruhl’s Bettendorf Office twice in the past three years. This is something that comes only from reviews by my clients. It is not something you can “win” by selling more homes than someone else. I’m more than proud to receive this from the largest real estate office in the Quad City market and its largest Broker.

In 2004, I was awarded the William E. Stradt, Sr. Distinguised Service award (formerly the Bert Frahm Distinguished Service Award) for “Outstanding Service, Dedication to the Profession and Contributions to the Real Estate Industry and to our Community” from the Quad City Area Realtor Association.
